Rich Gent, President
Rich has been a member of the Orange Boosters since 2020. His two oldest children graduated from Orange. His youngest, Sarah, is a junior at Orange High School. All three of them participated in Cross Country and Track at Orange. You will find Rich in the concession stand at all the varsity football games.
Shaw Abrams, Vice President
Shaw has over 17 years of experience in amateur athletics as the co-founder of Force Sports until April, 2023. He currently is working in commercial and residential real estate as a principal and licensed agent in Ohio & Florida. Shaw and his wife have two alumni of Orange High School and a future graduate in 2030. Shaw has been a Boosters Board Member since 2020.
Paul Renzulli, Secretary
Paul is a small business co-owner and a proud resident of the greater Orange community. He balances his family with a technical career, and a love for hands-on projects. His daughter, currently attending Orange High School, keeps the family busy by often playing two sports at a time. Whether cheering her on from the sidelines or relaxing at home with his family, Paul is thrilled to give back to the community and support Orange athletics.
Julie Lawrence, Treasurer
Julie is an accomplished finance and accounting professional, a proud graduate of UNC Wilmington with a Bachelors in accounting. She owns her own accounting practice while raising 3 kids in the Orange school district (Tripp, Zane, Phoebe). Julie and her husband Ted are both former collegiate athletes who love spending time outdoors and giving back to the community.
Brandon Beachler, Assistant Treasurer, Immediate Past-President
Brandon has been an avid sports enthusiast for as long as he can remember and is a strong believer in athletics playing a pivotal role in kids’ lives. He is a small business owner and community leader. He has two children in the district along with a spouse who coaches two sports at Orange High School. He is the Immediate Past President (2021-2025) and served as Treasurer from 2016-2021.
Annie McGhee, Athletic Director
Annie has has more than two decades of leadership and coaching experience. She has coached several varsity teams including volleyball, soccer, track and field, and golf with several teams winning district championships and earning state tournament appearances. She is also a former Division I student-athlete, standout letter-winner, and team captain for the Women’s Soccer team at the University of South Florida. McGhee holds a Bachelor of Arts in Physical Education (6-12), a Master of Education in Physical Education, and a Master of Education in Educational Leadership.
