Brandon Beachler, President
Brandon has been an avid sports enthusiast for as long as he can remember and is a strong believer in athletics playing a pivotal role in kids’ lives. He has two children in the district along with a spouse who coaches two sports at Orange High School. He previously served as Treasurer of the board since joining in 2016.
Shaw Abrams, Vice President
Shaw has over 13 years of experience in amateur athletics as the co-founder of Force Sports. He, and his wife, have two sons in the district along with a 2022 graduate of Orange School. Shaw has been a Boosters Board Member since 2020.
Jesse Blasier, Secretary
Jesse is a school counselor with the South Euclid-Lyndhurst City Schools. He coached girl’s soccer for over 20 years. Jesse lives in Pepper Pike with his wife and three children, Lawson, Audrey and Branaghan. Each child plays at least one sport per season, so you can usually find Jesse at an Orange sporting event.
Julie Lawrence, Treasurer
Julie is an accomplished finance and accounting professional, a proud graduate of UNC Wilmington with a Bachelors in accounting. She owns her own accounting practice while raising 3 kids in the Orange school district (Tripp, Zane, Phoebe). Julie and her husband Ted are both former collegiate athletes who love spending time outdoors and giving back to the community.
Yawn Deng, Assistant Treasurer
Yawen lives in Moreland Hills with her two boys and husband. Both sons enjoy athletics at the Orange playing football, baseball and swimming. She recently joined Boosters in 2022. She is a CPA with over 18 years currently working as a Director in the global compliance and reporting service at RSM LLP.
Tim Porter, Athletic Director
Tim Porter brings 8+ years of experience as Athletic Director to Orange High School. In his time away from Orange athletics, you can find him golfing or watching a variety of sports.
